Apple Dapple Cake

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
Cream above ingredients together

3 cups sifted plain flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup black walnuts
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped

Mix and bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 and 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar (light)
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup milk

Combine in saucepan and cook 2 and 1/2 minutes or until thick. Pour over cake just out of oven while mixture is bubbling hot. Cool before removing cake. Can be frozen if desired.
