BillyBob's Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 (2oz) jar diced pimientos, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
6 pimiento stuffed olives, diced.
1 Tbs. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Method:

Just mix and spread on that nice piece of toast.
