Orange Julius: BillyBob the Spy Reveals the Secret

The secret formula:

1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1/4 cup egg substitute:
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 heaping cup ice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 15-30 seconds.
Makes 2 drinks.
